Our family fun travel trailer is perfect for your next escape. It is equipped with a dining room table, full kitchen (microwave, oven, three burner gas stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, large pantry, over and under counter storage), and full hook-up capabilities (water, sewer, and electricity 30 amp).There is a walk-around upgraded RV-length queen-sized bed in a private room with closet space on both sides and storage baskets underneath. The main area has a jackknife sofa (perfect for kids) and a comfortable wrap-around dining table. There is another room with a pocket door for privacy that contains two sets of twin bunks (2 beds have upgraded mattresses) and a large closet with drawers.Some extras are the indoor/outdoor sound system, AC and heating system, and a cozy fireplace (for ambiance and/or heat). There is an awning, outdoor lighting, an outdoor shower for rinsing off, and an outdoor kitchen with a mini fridge and griddle.This is the perfect home on wheels for all your family needs!*During the school year, we can only offer delivery drop off, or you pick up, after 4pm on weekdays. - We can provide a generator for an additional fee (for dry camping a generator is mandatory)
- Dry Weight : 6,500 (must have trailer brake system installed and have experience towing. We can provide hitch and weight distribution bars.)
- We do allow pets upon approval.
- Minimum 2-night stay
- Refundable security deposit $500
- Renters who do not arrive at scheduled drop-off or pick-up times may be charged an additional add-on fee of $50. *These times will be coordinated when booking.*
- If the trailer is not left in the condition it was received we will charge an additional $250 for extra cleaning.

Gary is an elementary school principal and Catherine is a 4th grade teacher, so we use our school breaks often to accomplish this. Our children, ages 10 and 12, love to come along for the ride. We nicknamed our trailer, The Backyard, because we can take it almost anywhere to create that perfect backyard view. We are excited to share it with you!

I would give 10 stars if I could! Gary and Catherine could not have been more awesome. They were responsive, early to set up, kind and so helpful! The camper was AMAZING and beautiful! Looked brand new, clean and very roomy!! It was fully stocked with everything we needed!
