• No Burning Man • No trips to Mexico • Return Condition & Fee Schedule To keep the van clean, fully stocked, and ready for the next trip, please review and agree to the following return conditions and fees. These charges apply only if the conditions are not met. • Fuel – Refueling Fee Van is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. If returned with less than a full tank, an $8.00 per gallon refueling fee will be charged based on the amount needed to return the tank to full. • Cassette toilet Please empty the cassette toilet before return. Dump fee $20. • Cleaning Please return the van in reasonably clean condition (swept out, trash removed, surfaces wiped). Deep cleaning fee (excessive dirt, mud, sand, spills, pet hair, etc.): $150. • Smoking or vaping in the van is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking/vaping will result in a $250 smoking fee. • Missing or Damaged Items The van comes stocked with specific items for your use (chairs, hoses, linens, kitchen kit, etc.). Any missing or damaged items will be charged at the cost to replace each item. Missing item administrative fee (time to source, purchase, and restock): $25 per incident.
