Super lite and easy to tow! And now with electric jack!!! Cozy ~150 square foot bunk house, sleeps 5: 2 twin bunks, 1 semi-full-ish fold down dinette, 1 full-sized bed. Comes with linens for full sized bed.Kitchenette has dorm refrigerator (gas and electric), 2 gas burners, sink and microwave (runs on campsite power only, not battery), stocked with pots/pans, dishes, dish soap, paper towels, and more amenities. Dinette slides out. Camper has 20 gallon fresh water tank that will be full at pick up time if you like.Bathroom has camper-sized tub/shower combo, and toilet. Stocked with bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, 5 towels, and toilet paper.Electric A/C (runs on campsite power only, not battery) and gas heat. 13” TV plugs into DVD/CD player and rooftop antenna. Speakers inside and out. Power awning.Plenty of storage space for groceries and clothes. Pass through storage under full-sized bed has extra folding table and folding chair, 3 camping chairs, fan, bug light (see inventory list for complete amenities). Extra storage under bottom bunk and dinette seats.Rental comes with all the essentials for setting up the travel trailer (hitch locks, anti-sway bar with ball hitch connection, fresh water hose with filter, chock blocks, leveling blocks, 6.5 gal portable water tank, 32 gal portable wastewater tank on wheels, and 2 10’ septic hoses).Almost any full-sized truck can pull the camper. You should verify your truck can pull this trailer!! You will need to have a 2" receiver hitch and a 7-pin to pull the camper. Trailer brake controller IS required by NM state law and must be installed in your vehicle prior to pickup.I usually plan pick up time around 10am and request return time no later than 5pm on the return day. I know that those times do not work for everyone so just let me know what you need and I am generally available to accommodate most schedules.
