To ensure a smooth and enjoyable rental experience, please review and follow these rules: General Rules * No smoking or vaping inside the RV—violators will be charged a $500 cleaning fee. * No climbing on the roof for any reason. * Only authorized drivers (must be 25+ and verified through Outdoorsy) may operate the RV. • Pick-Up & Drop-Off Pick-up: Follow Booking Information (early pick-up may be available for an additional fee). Drop-off: Follow Booking Informatoin (late returns may incur a fee of $50 per hour). • RV must be returned in the same clean condition as when picked up. • Mileage & Generator Use Unlimited miles per day included Unlimited generator use per day included • Holding Tanks & Cleaning Black and gray tanks must be emptied before return; a $100 fee will apply if not emptied. Interior must be cleaned before return (trash removed, floors swept, counters wiped). Fuel & Propane RV must be returned with the same fuel level as at departure; a $50 fee + fuel cost will apply if not refilled. Propane must be refilled if used significantly. Accidents & Roadside Assistance Any damage must be reported immediately. Outdoorsy’s roadside assistance is included—please use it if needed. Failure to follow these rules may result in additional fees or forfeiture of security deposit. We appreciate your cooperation in treating our RV with care!
