This is my festival bus, but it sits around in storage otherwise, mostly idle and I feel that it's not good for the rig to be unused most year. This is a very comfy RV to spend time in, and was built to last. You will have a comfortable full bed with thick memory foam mattress; spacious bathroom and shower, a slide out that gives more room in the living area, and a full kitchen at your convenience: microwave, gas stove, oven, sink. Ample storage space both inside and under. There are 2 AC units for both living area and bedroom. There is also a furnace to keep you warm. The generator is an Onan Marquis 7000, 50 AMP and protected us through the 2023 Burning Man weather fiasco. ;)Living room couch and seats are premium soft white leather. The living room couch is a pullout, but we also offer a 18 inch luxurious air mattress, because pull out couches tend to not be the most comfortable, so you have a choice!Dinette turns into a sleeping area, but most comfortably would sleep child-sized.There are awnings on both sides outdoors, to bring in the shade both out and inside.This is a basic RV, but was very well made. It is a slightly rougher ride than a fancy modern rig. But you shouldn't try to push too much uphill but work with her (which means just going slower if needed)... but it has a strong Triton V10 engine and will get you where you need to go safely. Price reflects the age. But once you are parked, you will have a very comfortable experience in this RV!Was ist inbegriffenAlso included are plates, cups, silverware and basic kitchen necessities; fresh linens and shampoo/conditioner/bodywash. A 10-person tent with LED lights can also be included for $50.EmpfehlungenThe best is to park the RV into an RV parking lot, and hook up to their system. We live in Southern CA so there are plenty of beaches and natural parks such as Joshua Tree and Yosemite. This is also a great option for a mobile ADU if you have guests visiting from out of town.Weitere wichtige DingeI do not recommend this RV for inexperienced RV drivers, because it is also quite large. If you are going to a festival, I would like to know in advance more about your plans. I go to Burning Man myself, so the RV won't be available for rent at that time.

I am quite flexible with drop offs but will require a week at least to be able to make the plans. If there's less than a week's time, just ask and I will try to accommodate.
