Unprofessional and unresponsive in crisis

Host canceled booking last minute. When hot water failed, they were unprofessional, unhelpful, and denied a manual was missing, refusing adequate compensation.

Rides strong and drives smoothly

Multiple guests noted the RV drives smoothly and has strong performance, with the AC working perfectly. However, one trip had no hot water, and cleanliness was a concern.
