- At no time is there to be anyone on the roof of the vehicle. Any damaged, misplaced or stolen equipment will be replaced using funds from your security deposit.* No one-way rentals* Smoking, vaping or illegal drug use is NOT allowed in the vehicle. If suspected, $500 and all costs for cleaning and damage repairs will be deducted from your security deposit.• You are responsible for any traffic violations, parking tickets, tolls, towing fees, impound fees and any other such fees, fines or costs occurring during your rental.
