RV Rental Issues Summary – Outdoorsy Reservation Details: • Pick-Up Date/Time: Wednesday at 3:00 PM • Drop-Off Date/Time: Scheduled for 11:00 AM Pre-Pickup & Communication Issues: 1 Lack of Communication from Host: ◦ No instructions or confirmation from the host prior to the scheduled 3:00 PM pickup. ◦ Attempted contact via: ▪ Phone call ▪ Text message ▪ Outdoorsy app messaging ▪ Outdoorsy customer service ◦ Host was unresponsive for nearly 2 hours. 2 Delayed Pickup: ◦ Host was finally reached around 7:30 PM. ◦ Host claimed he believed the reservation had been canceled. Condition of the RV at Pickup: 3 RV Was Not Cleaned: ◦ Host admitted the RV had just been used over the 4th of July. ◦ Interior had a strong bathroom odor due to an unemptied 3/4-full black tank from host usage. 4 Unreported Pre-Existing Damage: ◦ RV had some minor damages not previously disclosed. 5 Limited Usable Storage: ◦ Despite listing saying no utensils or cookware were included, all cabinets were full with the host’s items. ◦ Left no room to store guests' belongings, leading to clutter and disorganization. Functionality Issues During Trip: 6 Air Conditioning Failure: ◦ AC did not work upon arrival at the destination. ◦ Remained broken for the duration of the trip. ◦ Made travel especially difficult in hot weather, particularly with a newborn onboard. 7 Broken Toilet: ◦ Toilet was unstable/leaning forward, making it difficult to use safely. 8 Fridge Failure: ◦ Fridge stopped working halfway through the trip. ◦ Forced to buy ice and use coolers instead, risking food spoilage. This RV is very spacious when it extends. It drives smooth and dry fuel efficient. I would definitely recommend this RV to small parties of 2-4 people. Clarence was easy going and checked on us when we were out on our trip. Thanks Clarence.

Clarence was a very gracious host. This RV is fully appointed and is a very comfortable way to travel. The diesel had ample power and was great on gas mileage. Clarence was more than helpful when we need assistance operating the battery system during our trip. Great experience and would rent from Clarence again.

Clarence (who goes by Dave) was great! He met us promptly at drop off and pickup, walked us through operations and was responsive throughout the trip. The RV was comfortable and well stocked with blankets, towels and kitchenware. We had some minor issues — for example the fridge needed to be reset and the water line connector needed an O ring — but Dave or the site attendant fixed it. Overall, we had a good (first time RV) trip with 2 young kids and would rent this unit and from Clarence again.

Great communication with Clarence. He responded quickly to any of our questions or concerns. The right performed well on hills.
