5.0Great experience with Thomas. Responsive on questions regarding trailer information and then coordination. Also helpful on route selection as I went to Manchester KOA. Trailer was clean and comfortable queen bed. Everything worked as expected. Also liked how he provided the sway bars. Thank you Thomas!

5.0Top notch experience! This was our first time renting a trailer from outdoorsy. The owner, Thomas, was great at communicating with us and getting us lined out from the beginning of our trip to the end. He delivered the trailer, set it up, showed us how to operate everything and even told us all the best spots to visit at our campground area. We just had to show up and camp! We will definitely use Thomas again! Thank you for helping us have a great weekend!
