Upgraded queen bed in master bedroom.
2 twin beds in the back bedroom with 300lb weight limit. Foam sofa can sleep 1, or if unfolded will sleep 2 adults or 2-4 kids depending on size.
TV in back bedroom.
Sheets and pillow cases will be provided. Must provide own blankets.
Fully stocked kitchen. Keurig and pot coffee makers, coffee cups, paper plates, plastic utensils, foil, ziploc bags, real plates, bowls, silverware, pots and pans, paper towels, napkins, trash bags for big trashcan under kitchen sink and small trash bags for bathroom trashcan.
Towels are provided.
Kitchen table and sofa both turn into beds. Depending on size, each area can sleep up to 2.
TV in living room.
AM/FM radio with bluetooth capability for inside and outside entertainment.
50 AMP hookup services both A/C's. (Highly recommended for summer use)
30 AMP hookup services 1 A/C.
Dump fee will be waived if the site is full hookup.

Were offering delivery only at this time. We work full time typically till 5pm so any delivery will depart at 5pm. Delivery time frame may vary based on location.
