Okie - The Best Family Camper! Brand New Heartland Prowler 300BH

Hosts were very accommodating for my trip on short notice from having rebook to their RV (website booking failure). RV was clean and in great condition, perfect for our trip with 2 people and 2 dogs!

Everything was great. Instructions were easy to follow and the host graciously set everything up for us and the picked the camper up after our trip as well. Everything was clean and nice!

We had a great experience, camper was excellent and very clean. We will definitely rent from them again.

Had an owner cancel 2 hours before delivery and we were scrambling. Luckily the day was saved with this one, we got it a few hours later and we had a great stay.

Rental experience went well. Owners were very friendly and had great communication. The description says the kitchen is fully stocked, although it is not. We had the rental for a week, for 6 people. A small amount of paper cups and paper plates were provided. There were only 2 reusable cups, no reusable plates and not enough silverware for everyone. There were no bowls to eat with or cook with. We had to purchase a larger pot to cook with, knives, trash bags and more kitchen items for use. The bathroom skylight and master bedroom had small ceiling leaks. The bathroom leak was on the master pillows. The camper did not come clean. The blinds were covered in dust and cooking splatter. The shelves and windows were not wiped down. This was most disappointing to me. Overall, the camper served its purpose but it could have been better prepared.
