Welcome! We’re excited to have you stay in our trailer. Please follow these rules to help ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable stay.
🧼 Cleanliness & Respect
Treat the trailer like your own.
No smoking or vaping inside—$250 cleaning fee applies.
Remove shoes indoors to keep floors clean.
Wash dishes and wipe surfaces before checkout.
🔥 Safety
No open flames (candles, grills, etc.) inside.
Don’t leave stove, oven, or heaters unattended.
Turn off propane and appliances when not in use.
🚽 Bathroom Etiquette
Use only RV-safe toilet paper (provided).
Don’t flush wipes, feminine products, or anything besides TP.
Conserve water—short showers help avoid tank issues.
⚡ Utilities & Tanks
Monitor water and power usage, especially when dry camping.
Report any issues (AC, water, fridge) right away.
Don’t overfill tanks. Long stays may require pump-out.
🪑 Outside the Trailer
No climbing on the roof.
Retract awning in wind or when not in use.
🧾 Before Checkout
Remove all personal items and food.
Take trash to bins or off-site.
Report any damage or issues—honesty helps us maintain quality.
