total 5 star experience. third time I have done this and this was the best. RV is clean and looks new. Everything worked. and the owner has been very thoughtful about how to make it easy. great communication. great guide online with videos to remind you/prep you on how to use the RV. Little details like having phone stand, portable battery to power up Starlink internet (optional add on, worked great... I had Internet almost uninterrupted for our whole trip to Moab/arches, monument valley, grand canyon, Zion, and back to SLC) were very well thought out. Two small things to know: 1) the bracket that keeps milk in the fridge fell out when we opened the fridge door and our gallon of milk fell and broke open. thank goodness we had towels handy! we didn't use the milk area of the fridge again. And the couch/bed in the back slide out has a metal piece that digs into the floor when you slide it in if in the bed configuration. We didn't expect it, and it damaged the floor. Would rent this again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to rent and RV for a trip, especially with kids

We’ve been renting RVs for years and this is clearly our favorite. The vehicle is new, the inside is very comfortable, it’s supplied with everything you need, and Rick (and his family) is great to work with. Highly recommend and add the e-bikes. They’re a lot of fun!

We had the best experience with our first rental using this app. We loved the ease of renting an rv for our trip. Everything was thoroughly explained to us when we picked the rv. Rick was very kind and communicated well. This rv was perfect for our family of 6! We will definitely be renting again!!
