Little Lucy is a 25 ft Jayco trailer that i purchased in 2019, she is my pride and joy and she loves meeting new people! She loves adventuring and she has gone to many interesting places.. Located in the midst of the Great Lakes, Sault Ste Marie has something to offer for every outdoor enthusiast! Lucy is equipped with a full kitchen area with stove and oven, sink, storage space, and a full dinette table for those delicious camp meals and late night card games! Lucy comes with a full fridge and freezer, as well as a full bathroom with a toilet and shower/bath and sink. A queen sized bed with above storage and side tables, and TV for those rainy days or late night movies. Lucy is small in size but makes up for a spacious layout suited for comfortability. She is a great camper to get into those small sites which maximizes availability when booking. Lucy can comfortably sleep up to 4 people (Two adults/two children) Queen sized bed is perfect for a couple wanted to escape the busy life, a lone ranger whose looking for quietness, as well as a small family aspiring for a quick and easy stress free family vacation. Leave the set-up and tear down up to me! Clean linen can be included if asked (includes pillows, sheets, extra blankets), kitchen is fully equipped, BBQ can be requested at extra cost (with propane), As for other components, Lucy comes with AC, furnace, outdoor shower, and power awning. My unit is pet friendly, if you do intend on bringing pets, please provide details about you're pets to determine if they are well suited for the trailer, additional cleaning fee may apply and can be discussed in more detail. There are also plenty of options across the river at Brimley State park. I recommend a full service site if you are staying more than 7 days. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the trailer. Additional cleaning fee may be added upon my discretion, as well as any unnecessary pets messes. Please keep it clean and leave it the way it was found and treated with respect.
Deep cleaning isn't necessary but excess cleaning will result in a Deep Cleaning Fee.
Lucy must not be moved from the campsite without prior approval.
There will be a welcome package with rules and instructions for use of the unit.
Any other questions please ASK, I have an open door policy, meaning I am open to any questions and/or discussions and prefer an open communication level throughout your stay.
Dumping of grey and black tanks will be done by me.
Please refrain from pooping in the unit as it can cause issues and interferes with cleanliness. Extra cleaning fee may be added if this rule is not followed.
Urine is okay as long as you use RV toilet friendly toilet paper that is provided.
Absolutely no paper products, paper towel, feminine products or diapers in the toilet (use common sense!) Additional cleaning fee WILL be added if any of those products are not disposed of properly.
If additional dumping of grey and black tanks is required during your stay, there will be an additional fee of 25$ an hour, the same with refilling water tanks.
Lastly, please do not hang wet towels or swimwear on the awning arms and if it is windy, retract the awning to prevent bending and tearing of the awning arms and awning.
