🛣️**Rules of the Road** **2011 Heartland Trail Runner 26FQB** 👋Welcome! Thanks so much for choosing to rent my Trail Runner! I hope it brings you comfort, freedom, and plenty of amazing memories. To help keep your adventure smooth and safe, here are a few simple guidelines:**Towing & Setup** - Tow vehicle must have a 7-pin connector and brake controller - **Blue Ox weight distribution hitch is included** and must be used - No off-road or unpaved travel (campground gravel pads are fine) - Please level the trailer and use wheel chocks when parked 🧼**Cleanliness & Care** - No smoking or vaping inside the trailer - Pets are welcome—please clean up and keep them off furniture - Return the trailer clean and tidy (as you received it) - Dump black and grey tanks before return (or select the add-on) **Utilities & Appliances** - Use only RV-safe toilet paper (provided) - AC and microwave should only run when connected to shore power or a generator - Turn off propane while towing 🕒 **Pickup & Return** - Standard pickup time: **3 PM** | Return by: **11 AM** (flexible with notice) - Late returns without notice may incur a fee 🚫 **Not Permitted** - No festivals, tailgating, or unauthorized events - No climbing on the roof - No towing behind the RV **Emergencies** - Please contact me immediately if anything goes wrong - Outdoorsy includes 24/7 roadside assistance—details provided at pickup. 🙏 Thank You!
