I rented Brodie’s van for a week because I’m in the market to purchase one. This van has all the basic necessities you need, and with 2 extra seats, ideal for a family. Brodie’s communication was great and he made sure my trip went smoothly.

Everything was 5 star. The van and the host. Highly recommend. Response times were the best for any questions we had. Would definitely rent again.

Brodie, as a host has a great track record and I hate to be the one to bring it down a notch, but I guess I’m gonna be “that guy.” Yes, he was responsive, very helpful and great to work with but the fact that the van showed up with a refrigerator that was not working was a big disappointment. As awkward as it might have been, I feel that letting us know about the refrigerator before we drove down to pick up the van would have been a better way to handle this rather than experiencing that uncomfortable surprise standing in the parking lot. Brodie did his best to accommodate us by bringing two ice chests with him, but adding that bulk to an already tight quarter Sprinter van did not really help; our goal was to “test drive” a camper van with all the advertised amenities and see how it would work in our world and because we did not have a chance to do that it really feels as if we didn’t get all that we paid for. Other than that, the trip was great, and the renting experience was smooth. Very thankful that Brodie provided a printed “how to” for his van as it is very difficult to cover and grasp everything in a quick, 30-minute parking lot demo.

This van is Rad! We took it up to Zion for a few days and it made the trip a dream. Brodie and Joy were great hosts and we cant wait for our next trip!
