We’re so glad you’re considering making memories in our travel trailer! To keep it clean, safe, and comfortable for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines: 1. No Smoking Inside the Trailer • Absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors—this includes tobacco, marijuana, or anything else. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if any smoke odor is detected. 2. No Pets Unless Pre-Approved • We love animals too, but please check with us before bringing any pets. Some exceptions may be allowed with prior approval. 3. Treat It Like Your Own. • This trailer is part of our family. Please be mindful of wear and tear, clean up spills right away, and avoid rough use of cabinets, beds, or appliances. 4. Keep It Clean • A basic cleaning kit is provided. Please return the trailer broom-swept, dishes clean, trash removed, and surfaces wiped down. Excessive mess may result in a cleaning fee. 5. Respect the Systems Only RV-safe toilet paper in the toilet (we’ll provide it!) Be mindful of water use—freshwater & tank capacities are limited. Gray/Black/Fresh tanks must be emptied before drop off. No climbing on the roof or tampering with mechanical systems. 6. Use Awning with Caution High winds can damage the awning—please retract it when unattended or during wind. Repairs are costly. 7. Drive & Park Responsibly If towing, please drive cautiously and do not exceed the speed limit. Confirm your tow vehicle is compatible and properly equipped. 8. Let Us Know Right Away If Something Breaks We get it—accidents happen. Just communicate with us honestly so we can handle it together. 9. No Festivals or Off-Road Use Without Prior Approval The trailer is not permitted at large festivals, remote desert events (like Burning Man), or off-road terrain unless explicitly discussed. 10.
