This is a 31 foot 2020 Keystone Passport. It comfortably sleeps 8, 4 bunk beds in the back have their own room with floor space. A queen bed is in the master cabin at the front. A dinette and tri fold couch also turn in to full size beds. The bathroom has a curved shower with plenty of space to move around. Comes equipped inside with TV, bluetooth stereo, microwave, oven, stove and farm style sink. Linens, towels, plates, glassware, flatware, pots, pans and basic kitchenware all provided. No gadget will ever have a dead battery with every bed having 2 USB plugs and it's own outlet.
The outside features a power awning with led lighting and exterior speakers to bring the party outside. Continue the outdoor party with the slide out cook station featuring counter space, wash station and mini fridge! If you're looking to quickly cool off use the shower station on the back with hot/cold water and shower head.
Setting up the trailer is made easy with an electric tongue jack and electric stabilizers. Stinger and anti sway system is provided.

Rules and policies
No Smoking or drug use is allowed in the vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until the rig is professionally cleaned. Whatever the cleaning specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages.
For Festivals, we require that Renters purchase the additional Outdoorsy Damage Protection Plan that offers interior protection in addition to the Security Deposit.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
During the week we can leave our location around 5pm on most day. Please see how far the distance is from Selah, WA to determine the approximate time we may be able to arrive to you to drop off and/or pick up the trailer. The weekends we are more flexible although not always available.
