Frequent delivery delays
Guests experienced 2.5 to 7.5-hour delays in delivery, with one instance of unclear communication. Host's wife had difficulty backing up trailer. Host offered advice for issues and issued a $100 refund.
Well-stocked but has issues
Camper is as described, with generator, water, propane, linens, and kitchen stocked. However, it had dog hair, the main AC unit threw breakers, was not level, and the awning collapsed in a storm.

3.0Lets talk about the good! The camper is just as described. The generator came filled with gas, water tank was filled as well as propane. More than enough linen, good cleaning supplies, the kitchen was fully stocked with necessities. I did not have any mechanical issues during my stay Now the bad… the couch and dining area had a bunch of dog hair. A deep cleaning of the camper on the inside could fix this. The camper arrived 7.5 hours after the arranged time. Communication was unclear and hours between responses. We sat in the 95degree weather and I suffered heat exhaustion once I finally got in the camper. We also missed the whole day of activities. I was refunded $100

2.0The host’s wife delivered trailer and was 2 1/2 hrs late. She stated she didn’t know how to back it up. The main AC unit kept throwing the breaker. Was advised by host where the breaker was. The trailer was not level. The host advised us how to level. A rain storm caused the awning to collapse on one side.
