5.0This was my first time renting an RV for a road trip, and Phil was an awesome host! The RV was incredibly clean. Phil took the time to show me all the steps for dumping the tanks and gave a quick, thorough introduction to everything. On top of that, Phil is a very reliable and committed host who answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

I want to make sure i do everything I can to help you have a great experience, some of this info might help (disregard if we already covered it):
- How many travelers will you have?
- Where will you be going and staying?
- Do you need water tank filled, will you have hookups at a camp site or will you be not using water at all?
- As for linens, we’ve found that most people prefer to use their own. We will have some sheets and covers in the camper but feel free to bring your own.
- Note for PARKING: you are more than welcome to leave a vehicle here when you pickup the RV. We’re in a large church parking lot so it makes pick up and drop off very simple!
