Located just 40 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park as well as 30 minutes from the University of Tennessee, this camper is truly a great find. Discounts are available for longer rentals. Ask for details.About the camper:The 31 foot 5th wheel has two slide outs and has recently been renovated with a cape cod feel to it and a local hand crafted table for 4. It sleeps 4, but has room for another on the love seat. It is an all season unit and weighs 12,500lbs empty. It has a bunk house with two beds. Two private bathrooms with one shower. Outdoor shower as well. Propane and electric heating and air. 3 tv’s with option for outdoor hook up. Sky light in master. Queen, sofa, and twin. New mattresses!Renting:
Camper has discounts for longer stays. Camper is supplied with basics and needed supplies. These include TP, paper and bath towels, bed sheets, blankets and pillows. Propane tanks are included and filled for rental. Clean water hose. Space heater. Stinky slinky for two black water pipes.For extra fee: Charcoal Grill and charcoal, Lawn chairs.Transportation:This unit requires a 5th wheel hitch equipped 3/4 ton truck or bigger to move. Can be moved by owner for free or by myself to most camp grounds in the Smoky Mountain National Park. 150 for transportation within the area. Can move further if needed.
