Come check out this like new very spacious and modern 33 foot long 2020 Jayco Jayflight family camper! This camper has a single slide out to create a large spacious living area. The rear has built in bunks perfect for multiple children. Sleeps 8 people comfortably when all furniture is converted into beds- but up to 10 depending on the guests.The inside kitchen boasts all stainless steel-looking appliances including fridge/ freezer, a three burner stove/ oven, microwave with exterior venting and a dual stainless steel sink. A traditional style coffee maker, kitchen utensils, pots/ pans, flatware and place settings for 8 are included for the hassle free experience every chef wants. The food pantry is large enough to hold enough food for a weeks worth of camping. A generous supply of paper towels is provided, as is dish soap and hand soap.The master bedroom is up front and features a queen size bed and two full length wardrobes with additional storage above the bed. The rear bunks can sleep up to 4 or 5 kiddos depending. The bathroom has a full-size shower with vanity mirror, stainless steel sink, and foot operated toilet. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or non RV approved toilet paper down the toilet. These are very difficult to remove and will clog the black tank. A generous supply of RV approved toilet paper is provided.The kitchen dinette is U-shaped to allow more people to eat together. There is ample storage under the seats. The dinette does convert into a full size bed. The couch seats two comfortably and easily folds down for more sleeping space. There are three TVs located inside the camper and the CD radio is Bluetooth compatible. The large flat screen TV in the living room comes with a Roku stick loaded with all the popular apps (These will use your login). The camper has AC to keep nice and cool on those hot summer days as well as a gas furnace to keep warm on those chilly nights. Outside entertainment is a breeze with the outdoor kitchen with a second dorm-size refrigerator, sink, and propane camp grill. A LED lit, large 17' electric awning is available with outside speakers built in.There is a strict No Smoking policy inside the camper. The full deposit will be forfeited if there is any smoking inside. Small dog friendly only – no large dogs please. Also, no cats are allowed due to allergies. A $50.00 non refundable pet fee is required.The camper is designed for sites with full hookups (electric, water, sewer) to ensure all systems functions properly and you can fully enjoy all amenities. This camper features 30 amp electrical service. All necessary power cords, surge protector and adapters, water hoses, and sewer connections are included. The two 20 lb propane tanks are filled before each rental. Delivery along with set up/ take down is an option for a fee of $200 within 100 miles of Brooks, KY. Additional fee of $3 per mile after 100 miles. The camper is cleaned and sanitized after each rental. This includes washing the exterior. If the camper is returned in an unusually filthy and neglected condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied and taken out of the security deposit. All grey and black holding tanks must be emptied before being returned.We provide 6 standard sleeping pillows as well as linen sheets for the two bunk beds and the queen bed. We provide 8 bath towels, 8 washcloths, and 4 bath hand towels. As well as 4 dish rags, and 2 dish towels. All used towels and linens are washed before each rental.We like to meet all renters personally to go over the camper’s features and amenities and answer any questions so your family camping adventure will be hassle and worry free. We had an amazing 2-day stay at Cave Creek Campground with friends and family! Mike was an incredible host for our RV rental — super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish.
