5Brittany and Dustin were exceptional hosts. They are kind, personable, fair and thorough. Communication was great and they are just really great people. This trailer was amazing - Clean, new (still smells new) and stocked with EVERYTHING you could think of. Everything. The bedding is new and clean, and so comfortable and there is so much of it. Camping chairs, Towels, kids games, mats for inside and outside, dishes, coffee pot, pots, even a crock pot and everything from toilet paper to garbage bags. You just have to bring yourself and your food :) The fee to have this trailer towed to where we were camping north of Edmonton was extremely reasonable, and the distance they brought it, although within 200 Kms, the distance made me feel like these two went above and beyond. We had a great trip! Slept three adults and three children (4, 8 and 10) in the trailer and there was lots of room. Thank you to Brittany and Dustin for a wonderful trip and I would highly recommend this trailer to anyone looking for an easy and relaxing vacation!

5Great first experience with Outdoorsy. Brittany was very thorough and takes a detailed approach to how she prepares her trailer and orientates you to it’s features. The trailer was very clean and looks like new, bedding was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend booking with Brittany. The only suggestion I would make for future guests is to have some dishes that are oven/microwave safe and maybe a small collection of Tupperware to store food. Otherwise everything was great. Thanks for sharing your beautiful portable home with us!

What does the cleaning fee include
A.
The interior of the trailer is cleaned AND sanitized, top to bottom; all towels and bed linens are washed with Tide laundry detergent in high temperature water. Floors are vacuumed and mopped with a sanitizing solution. Towels are stored away and beds are made in preparation for the next guest. Fun Fact: It takes over six hours to clean the interior of the trailer and launder all textiles. We make sure to be extra thorough so you can rest assured your stay begins with a great first impression.

Who are the hosts?
A.
We are a busy family of five (with three kids 6 and under). We love traveling, camping in the mountains, spending time at our family's Saskatchewan lake cabin in the summer and the in-law's place in Arizona on the occasional winter trip south. Dustin is a Journeyman scaffolder and Brittany an architectural designer. We have two Boston Terriers. Our family enjoys sports, hiking, reading, fishing, playing all kinds of card & board games, building with Legos, and art (ballet, painting, etc.).

Do you offer delivery and pick-up of the trailer?
A.
Yes, our only option at this time is to have the trailer dropped off and picked up for a fee. Delivery and set up is included (for a fee) within 100km from our location. Additional kilometers are charged at $1.25 per km. We do not provide delivery or pick-up on holidays (i.e. Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labor Day, etc.). You will need to book your reservation for the day preceding or following a Holiday and ensure your campsite reservation is extended to accommodate the delivery or pick-up date.
