5.0This is the second time I've rented from Anna, and plan to so again in the future. It's a really nice rig. :-) More importantly (to me), they put thought, effort and money into the maintenance of this rig, and it shows; new tires this year, brakes are tip top, nothing falling apart inside, everything works. Communication was excellent before, during and after the trip, and they were very understanding when we got in a bit late due to travel delays. I've had several rentals this summer and over the last few years where stuff was broken, brakes were weak or didn't work at all; some owners didn't even realise that brakes needed to be in good working order *by law*!
