Kevin was great; very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. His WolfPup was in great shape, and he made sure we were fully checked-out on all aspects of safety procedures and features of the RV. Very pleasant experience all the way around!

Kevin was super helpful on all aspects of the rental, starting by double-checking that our vehicle could tow his trailer. He was flexible with pickup and drop off, and made me feel comfortable in all aspects of towing, setup, takedown and returning the RV.

First timer and Kevin made it extremely easy to just hook up and go. My gf and I spent the weekend in Matthew's Arm (Shenandoah) and this camper was perfect. Very clean, very well kept, easy to learn and manage the appliances/grill/gas/battery/waste. We did have to conserve battery because it was very weak, but Kevin provided the generator which was perfect. Very accommodating as well as far as checking-in and checking out. Thanks Kevin!
