- Shortage will result in refueling cost plus service fee

- RV must be returned in reasonably clean condition
- Excessive cleaning (trash, spills, stains, odors) will result in additional cleaning fees.
Waste Tanks (Black & Gray)
- Must be returned empty.
- If not emptied, a dumping fee will apply
Propane
- Must be returned at the same level as pickup or refilled.
No Smoking / No Vaping
- Strictly prohibited inside the RV.
- Violation results in deep cleaning fee

- Additional cleaning fees apply if excessive hair, odor, or damage is found
Awning & Slide-outs
- Do not leave awning open unattended or in wind.
- Damage to awning is renter responsibility
