Come enjoy our "Pastime"! Lightweight travel trailer with room for 7! Completely stocked with dishes, cookware, bedding and much more. 7 Cubic foot refrigerator/freezer holds groceries for a long weekend. Gas cooktop and microwave inside. Custom cutting board cover for stove adds extra counter space. Storage spaces have been customized and come with dishes, bowls, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. Queen size bed includes deluxe bedding package, a mattress pad for extra comfort, super soft sheets, comforter, extra blanket and four pillows! Double bunks with bedding included can easily sleep two kiddos or one adult per bunk. Dinette converts into an extra bed. Bathroom with toilet, shower and sink- 2 hand and 2 bath towels provided. Bonus outdoor kitchen with gas cooktop and beverage fridge for easy access while enjoying the great outdoors. Power awning with led lights, built in bluetooth stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers. 2 Camp chairs, folding table and camp mat included. Bring your kids, bring your friends, bring your pets! Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the trailer. Your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Your security deposit will be reduced by the cost of remediation plus a $100 service fee.
The only furry friends welcome are dogs. Please no cats, rodents, or birds. No more than 2 dogs allowed. Pet fee applies per dog per day of rental.
Renter is responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows or impounds.
Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter. If the renter believes the tire damage is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation . Reimbursement will be based on that result.
If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call the roadside assistance number provided by the insurer and contact the owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE ANY REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of the trailer, as long as owner is made aware prior to such repairs. Receipts must be provided for reimbursement.
Owner will provide a walk through and instructions for operation of the trailer systems, features and appliances at the time of pickup or delivery to the renter. It is the renter's responsibility to understand and follow these instructions. Failure to do so may result in damage and renter will be liable for the cost of any repairs.
Pickup time is from 3pm-5pm and Returns are due between 8am and 12pm. A late fee will be incurred if you do not pickup and return within these windows. Deliver will be from 3:00pm- 5:00pm. The renter must be present at time of delivery and renter must provide a RV site reservation confirmation email to the owner at least 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery.
Penalty fees will be charged for the following: failure to empty and flush tanks twice, failure to remove all garbage, failure to clean out personal food or personal
