Responsive, flexible, and supportive
Shea communicated well, answered questions, and was responsive via text/phone. He assisted with delivery/pickup and graciously arranged an early RV pickup due to a renter's truck failure.
Easy to pull and set up
The trailer is easy to pull with electric levelers. While generally clean and comfortable, one reviewer noted no bedroom curtains, a fridge that wouldn't cool, and a CO2 alarm sounding with the water heater.

5.0Our host Shea was easy to work with and communicated well. He was kind and dependable. The trailer we rented from him was in good condition and had all the amenities we needed to be comfortable. Would recommend him and rent from him again in the future.

3.0The RV was a great size for our needs and had the features we were looking for. It was very easy to pull with our truck and the electric levelers made campsite setup very easy. However, there were no curtains on the bedroom window which made it hard to sleep after the sun was up. We also would have liked to have cleaner windows for better viewing of the incredible scenery at the campsite. Also, the soap container didn't leave a good first impression. We were told at pickup that the refrigerator was electric-only but we couldn't get it to cool down even when connected to a generator. My main concern however was when we turned on the water heater to take a shower, the Propane & CO2 alarm went off. Fortunately, it was a short 2-night trip so we skipped the shower and used another camper's refrigerator. I'm not sure I'd recommend this trailer at least for dry camping.
