Nichole was very kind and helpful for our family vacation. She was responsive to all questions and went out of her way to help us. She was super sweet to meet and had nice energy. She even accommodated a last minute drop off change that saved me from having to arrange Ubers for my whole family. The rv was clean and comfortable and met all our needs for our trip. Very accommodating! However, beware of any interactions you may have with the outdoorsy roadside assistance. We ran into technical issue on the road and the outdoorsy team left us stranded in middle of nowhere for hours. They never did anything to help, instead putting it on myself and Nichole to figure out what to do. As a part of a service that I paid for I expected better out of them. I gave five stars to our host Nichole , but zero stars to outdoorsy customer service/ roadside assistance. When we had the issue they left us on the side of the road for five hours and wouldn’t give us any direct call back numbers. Took an hour alone to get one of them on the phone the first time, and they insisted on calling back without giving me a direct line of communication. They couldn’t even give me a straight answer on securing even a ride to get us out of the situation. So again, yes our host Nichole was awesome and it wasn’t her fault for the one day of bad experience. I would suggest making sure you have a backup plan of your own in place in case of emergencies and don’t rely on outdoorsy to help you. In our situation the host ended up going out of her way and coming to rescue us even tho we paid for roadside assistance from outdoorsy in our booking. Thanks again Nichole for your help, you have a heart of gold. Bottom line, host was incredible. Outdoorsy support was crap.
