Follow all traffic safety laws while traveling and towing our trailer. Remember no smoking inside or near the trailer.No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed in the trailer. If this rule is violated, the renter's entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. The renter's security deposit will be used to pay for remediation plus a service fee of $100. Any remaining balance will be refunded as long as there are no other overages or damages.Pets are welcome, but you are responsible for any damage they create.You are responsible for any tickets, tools, tows, and impounds – even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have been computed.Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter. If the renter be believe the damage is due to the owner's negligence, the tire must be brought back to the owner for a professional evaluation. Reimbursement of any fixes will be based on the result of the professional evaluation. If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, the renter should call the roadside assistance number provided by the insurer and alert the owner immediately. The renter shall not attempt to make repairs. Pocket expenses for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by the owner upon return of the vehicle, as long as the owner is made aware PRIOR to such repairs and receipts are provided.Pawventure will provide information on the operation of the trailer at the time of pickup, including features and appliances. It is the renters' responsibility to understand and follow all instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, appliances, and features may result in damage.
