Update: There were two separate incidents with this van, one on each side. They are cosmetic in nature and do not effect the way the van drives or anything else. However, we are dropping the prices on this rental to make up for this, so you can get a good deal. It is currently listed for sale, so we may not be able to accommodate bookings too far in advance. This van features a full sized bed, with a ton of storage under the bed in the "garage" area. We've added a full indoor kitchen, with a two burner gas stove, sink with an electric water pump and a small household fridge. We've added a 25 gallon water tank with a propane water heater + outdoor shower. The propane is hooked up to a solenoid valve, which is an electric on/off switch for the propane system. The propane locker has a small 5lbs container, and is vented to the outside and there is a gas detector installed, as well. This van is very well insulated, and does really well in extreme temperatures.Has a built in fan, large fridge, 300W of Solar and two large batteries to keep everything charged. Comes with two chairs, small drink table, stove, cooking and dish ware, and cooking utensils.We are putting on some finishing touches on the van, so there might be a few wall panels from the previous build, but functionally it is pretty much there! We have been working very hard last couple of months to give this van a facelift and added capabilities. Very happy to be offering our latest and greatest!Van is located close to 280, 10 minutes from SFO and 15 minutes from San Francisco.
There is plenty of parking in our neighborhood and mostly no street cleaning, so you can choose to leave your car on the street here if you so choose.The van is rented out on a 24 hour booking schedule, so 12pm to 12pm. If you would like to pick-up in the morning, and drop off in the evening, there is a half-day addon that can be applied after the van comes back. Due to personal preference, we will ask you if you'd like linens, pillows and blankets included on request. We are Gene & Hellen and own a few camper vans. Our events business suffered during COVID and we decided to convert our business transport vehicles into campervans as they remained unused. We traveled through out the Western United States, got to get out to the outdoors and enjoyed our weekends. This holistic therapy allowed us to keep going, and we decided to share this experience with others. Our camper vans are built by us and carefully designed making the vans safe, functional and fun. We hope you will enjoy our vans and go on some amazing adventures.
