This 28 foot Chateau is a great RV that's big enough to comfortably accommodate a family of 6, but easy to drive down the road with wide side view mirrors and a rear view camera that operates when backing up and driving. It comes equipped with a queen-sized master bed, queen-sized bed over the cab, and a dining area and bench seat that both convert to twin-sized beds. It also comes with ducted AC so you can pick where the cold air blows, heater, water heater, microwave, full stove with oven, shower, flushing toilet, fridge with freezer, TV's in the main area (with DVD player) and master bedroom (with mobile device connection), onboard generator for boondocking adventures, and water/sewer/power hook-ups. There are also LED lights under the 14' awning so you can clearly see at night. Does include a towing package rated up to 8,000 lbs (currently does not include a brake controller so please no trailers with brakes). A guide book with step-by-step instructions for how to operate everything will be provided.We do ask that renters abide by the following expectations:
-Do not take this vehicle on any unprepared surfaces (i.e. dirt roads).
-No pets are allowed in the vehicle.
-No smoking or vaping is allowed in the vehicle.
-Black and Gray water tanks are to be emptied prior to returning (unless you pick the Dump Fee add-on).
-Gas tank needs to be filled prior to return.
-Propane tank needs to be filled prior to return (unless you pick the Propane Fill add-on).
-Vehicle is to be as clean when returned as it was when picked up, to include any dishes used. Exception will be bedding and towels as they will be washed after the vehicle is returned.Since we do have regular day jobs our preference for pick-up and drop-off times is between 5 to 6 PM. To the east is the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest, Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area, and Strawberry Reservoir. To the south you have Arches, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon, and Zion National parks. Additionally, to the south is the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, Fishlake and Dixie National Forests, and Moab, which are all great places for outdoor enthusiasts. Lastly, to the east is the Great Basin National Park. Any one of these locations is going to provide you memories for years to come.

2. If we suspect the renters had a pet in the vehicle, we will deduct $100 from the security deposit.
3. If we suspect the renters smoked or vapped in the vehicle, we will deduct $100 from the security deposit.
4. If the vehicle is not as clean when returned as it was when picked up, to include the dishes, we will deduct $75 from the security deposit. Exception are the bedding and towels used, which will be washed after the vehicle is returned
