Any hint of cigarette/vape/cigar will insure a professional cleaning fee of $300. This of course does not include wood campfire smoke.Just a reminder, pets are not allowed in this unit. We are pet lovers, but next guest may not be.Please return unit with empty tanks (grey & black), or a $150 surcharge will be applied.Please use this unit as your home away from home, so it can be enjoyed by you and other guests.

5.0This was our first time camping ever. We wanted an RV so we don’t have issues with bathroom. We looked online and found this RV with a reasonable rental price but there was a note that it is available for 5 days only but the owner can make accommodations. We contacted Alex and he was very kind and agreed to make it for 3 days. That was the first great thing then everything kept going easy as Alex and Alina were extremely helpful. They provided us with everything we needed for camping and were there on the phone whenever we needed to ask them for help. We highly recommend them for anyone who is looking to enjoy a nice vacation in an RV.
