Unit will be cleaned and sanitized prior to each rental. We use ozone treatment prior to each rental. We ask that you return unit in a "broom clean" condition, take out the trash, and wipe down the toilet, to avoid extra cleaning charges, but leave detailed cleaning and sanitizing to us.Our recommendation when booking RV sites - please make sure to reserve 'full' hookups for ultimate experience.There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the unit. Any hint of cigarette/vape/cigar will insure a professional cleaning fee of $300. This of course does not include wood campfire smoke.This unit is pet friendly, we allow (up to 2) dogs no more than 20lb for an additional $50 fee. Please note, that any damage caused by your pet is your responsibility, and will be deducted from your deposit.Please return unit with empty tanks (grey & black), or a $200 surcharge will be applied.Please use this unit as your home away from home, so it can be enjoyed by you and other guests.

5.0The RV was exactly as described. It was very clean, comfortable, and in perfect running condition. The owners were very nice and helpful. On day of our return our family member had a medical emergency. Alex and Lena were very helpful in the last minute change of plans and even came to the hospital to pick up the RV and then drive us to a hotel while family member was getting medical care. Great RV and great people.

4.0Class C RV was comfortable. Refrigerator was excellent, better than the one I had in my class A. After market nav system was very helpful. Some inconvenience due to most USB ports did not function properly. One major problem: AC compressor stopped working about a week into our trip. Outdoorsy arranged an RV tech to repair (not covered by required Protection Plan). Went without AC for 3 days in 100deg temps. Not fun.
