We ask that you return unit in a "broom clean" condition, take out the trash, and wipe down the toilet, to avoid extra cleaning charges, but leave detailed cleaning and sanitizing to us.Our recommendation when booking RV sites - please make sure to reserve 'full' hookups for ultimate experience.There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the unit. Any hint of cigarette/vape/cigar will insure a professional cleaning fee of $300. This of course does not include wood campfire smoke.This unit is pet friendly, we allow (up to 2) dogs no more than 20lb for an additional $50 fee. Please note, that any damage caused by your pet is your responsibility, and will be deducted from your deposit.Please return unit with empty tanks (grey & black), or a $200 surcharge will be applied.Please use this unit as your home away from home, so it can be enjoyed by you and other guests.

5.0What a wonderful experience we had with Alex & Elina & their beautiful 2024 Thor Geneva. Our family went away for a long weekend. We were cozy as can be, had a great time driving and on site with plenty of space for our essentials & then some. Our hosts were great to work with too. Great communication, they think of everything, & even left a thoughtful gift. Will definitely rent from again!
