* No Smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed in the vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages.
* No pets allowed
* Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result
* You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
* Rig is tailgate friendly but you must purchase the Outdoorsy Damage Protection plan if your trip includes attending a tailgate event.
* NO BURNING MAN rentals. If you attempt to instabook this for burning man, your booking will be cancelled.
* NO driving on the SALT FLATS
* Drop-off is between 8:00 am and noon (12:00 PM)
* Pick-up is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the Van?

I am extremely flexible for pick up and drop-off. Many of my renters are coming in from our of state and like to head straight to the pick up spot. Typically guests will get an ride share from the airport and then we start the walkthrough as soon you arrive.

How do you dump the grey water?
A.
The grey water is located on the drivers side of the van, close to the cassette toilet, under the side step. Use the hose that is located under the floor of the double seat inside the van. Ensure the drain hose is properly connected to direct the grey water into a a sewer hookup or portable waste tank. To dump, open the grey water tank drain valve. The water will start flowing. Once it is drained close the valve and then put the cap back on.

What am I responsible for when I return the van
A.
Before you return the van make sure you do the following so you don’t incur any additional charges: - Empty cassette toilet - Dump grey water tank - Empty garbage - Broom sweep inside of van - Collect personal items - Top off the diesel fuel for the van - Top off the DEF fluid I'll do a sanitation cleaning inside and out later, so don't worry about “deep” cleaning anything.
