Great retro camper for Burning Man.
Clean and durable. Has bunk bed above couch. Couch slides out to a full size bed. Dining area also converts to small bed. Has large shower and lots of electrical outlets when using a generator. Fits 2 adults comfortably Currently can not use the toilet as there is a crack in black water tank. Kitchen sink and large shower work great!Items included in rental
* gas generator to charge batteries and use electrical outlets. (must supply own gas - $500 fee
* 1 filled 40 lb propane tank to run refrigerator
* Will fill water tank upon pick up ( approx. 25 gallons)
* Large great working shower (bathroom sink does not work so use kitchen sink for washing hands)
* 2 small battery powered fans - requires 8 D size batteries per fan (sorry no A/C)
* Cooking Pots, utensils and knife set
* Small Propane BBQ for outside cooking (must provide own stove propane bottles)
* Full working Stove
* Tow Hitch (trailer is approx. 3100 lbs - Can be pulled with SUV)
* 2 Camping Chairs
* Sheets for beds
* can provide pillows upon request (additional $20 charge)
* Extra water tanks - (Additional $15 charge ea.)If looking for any other items for trailer please ask I may be able to provide at additional charge.There is a $1000 refundable security deposit required The amount of deposit returned will be determined after we ensure there is no extraneous damage (holes in walls, rips in upholstery, etc), missing items or trash. There will be an inspection check off sheet before leaving with trailer and a return inspection sheet upon return.$500 cleaning deposit - non refundable. Please do basic clean up before returning. No trash left behind please.
