While often responsive and easy to work with, one renter reported the host was unavailable for pickup/drop-off, unresponsive, and suggested external resources (YouTube/neighbors) for critical issues like leaking propane and non-functional AC.

Outstanding experience, great RV in perfect condition and very helpful and welcoming owners. We had such a great time, can't wait to rent again!

Host left the country and was not available to meet us for pickup. Never responded to any requests to meet for drop-off. Propane was leaking from the stove and air conditioner did not work. When we called them they told us to look up YouTube videos or go find a neighbor and ask for help.
