Our goal at Campsite Concierge is to provide as stress-free and hassle-free of an experience as possible for our guests. We deliver, set up, stock, retrieve and clean up for our guests so all you need to do is show up and begin your valued time away.
Key features:
Sleeps up to 5 – residential queen bed with under bed storage, sleeper couch and leather recliner. Bedroom has additional wall mounted smart tv. Hanging or folded closet space.
Bathroom – large residential shower, insta-flow hot water for never ending hot showers, porcelain toilet, medicine cabinet, shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser, towel hooks, tank tablets and toilet paper.
Fully equipped kitchen – 10 Cu ft refrigerator, gas stove and oven, center island with stainless steel sink, tilt out trash can, pantry, plates, cups, bowls, pots, pans, cookware, all you need to prepare any meal, hand towels and potholders provided.
Living Area – Leather sofa and dual leather recliners, 50” smart tv, fireplace, DVD player, Bluetooth audio for music, cards, board games. Abundance of USB and C charging ports throughout. Mood lighting and main cabin dimming available. High speed ATT hotspot provided.
A/C and Heat – two super quite A/C units. Main living area is controlled by remote control and the bedroom is manual temperature set. Unit has gas heat for the cooler nights and the warmth of the fireplace to keep you warm. Floor space heaters are available if needed or preferred over the gas furnace.
Outside – 8x10 area rug, 31ft of awning with LED lighting, 4 campsite chairs, gas grill with additional cast iron griddle top, fold out table, hanging hooks for beach towel drying, additional outside games available.
Delivery preferred. It’s our mission to provide as hassle free of a vacation as possible. 150 dollars for the first 50 miles and 2 dollars per mile after. We cover a 250-mile radius from our hometown of Spartanburg SC for a total of 500 miles. Will consider allowing customer pulling for well-equipped and experienced drivers.
No smoking please and only small dogs breeds allowed. 50 dollars per week fee with a maximum of two pets. Dog fence rental is available for an additional 50 dollars per week.
For camping at non-full hook up sites, a portable waste tank is available. Renters are responsible for dumping at a dump station. If you need Campsite Concierge to dump the camper tanks or portable storage tank at the end of your stay, we charge 75 dollars for a dump station trip. For full hook up sites, drain the tanks as needed.
Propane policy – we provide two full tanks for the camper and one full tank for outside cooking. Any additional needs during the stay, will need to be filled by the renter at a local filling station at the renter’s cost. Use the propane you need. No need to refill before returning.

Cleaning Fee – 125 dollars
Generator – 100 dollars per week, no usage limits, renter provides gas after initial tank
