The RV was perfect, tons of storage and easy to pick up and drop off!

Couldn't have asked for a better host and Trailer for our trip. Hannah was very responsive and helpful all around. I would recommend her service to everyone looking to rent a trailer for a trip. I have used Outdoorsy multiple times and this was one of the best experiences. Thanks Hannah!!!

Hannah (the host) was great and very helpful. She walked us through everything on the RV and helped us hook it up to the truck with her hitch. We had a question while we were at the camp site, I texted her and she was quick to reply. Pick up and drop off was easy and flexible with no issues. The RV itself....... the beds were extremely uncomfortable, no padding whatsoever. We noticed this before we left, so we brought extra padding for the main queen bed, but, you shouldn't have to do that, as that is the point of getting an RV. We had to take both pads from the bunks and put them together to even be able to sleep at all, otherwise, it was like sleeping on pavement. The other thing I would say is that the RV was pretty dirty. There was a ton of dirt on and under the entry rug, the extra blankets were crusty and the drawers and cabinets were very dirty with crumbs and things. All that said, we did enjoy our time and want to purchase an RV of our own.

The trailer experience couldn’t have been more perfect for our trip with my family of 5. It had all the features we needed to travel and sleep comfortably, and was well stocked with dishes, sheets, etc. A note: this trailer is better suited to sites that have full hook ups, but we got by in national parks with the generator.

Hannah was accommodating and thorough in her communication. Like any RV, this one has its quirks, but they were all addressed in our pre-walkthrough. The generator was pretty quiet as well if you're camping without power hookups. Overall we had a great time, everyone was happy and comfortable. Would recommend!
