2.0The RV was in good shape and worked great for our trip. The only downside was the experience after we returned it. Before and during the trip, she never mentioned or provided in writing interior cleaning requirements. On the day we returned the RV, we cleaned it out and completed the exterior cleaning requested in the listing, which was spraying it off at a car wash. However, we were charged for both interior and exterior cleaning. Fortunately, we had taken plenty of photos of the RV at drop-off, and Outdoorsy refunded the cleaning fees after reviewing them. The situation was frustrating because there was a lack of communication, and the communication we did receive tended to be curt. We would have been happy to do additional cleaning if her expectations had been clearly stated. I wouldn't rent from her again.

5.0We absolutely enjoyed our trip! Could have stayed longer! Nicole’s 24 foot motor-coach was fantastic. Nicole keeps it very clean, well stocked and misses on nothing. Nicole was delightful to rent from and offers great add-ons like the bike rack! Nicole gave a thorough walk thru and instructions and was available for any questions. We had two adults and two kids and it was very comfortable. We made great memories. Thank you Nicole, we will rent from you again!
