Awesome smaller trailer that’s comfortable and big enough for a family, yet easily towed by small trucks and/or suv. Comes with the hitch, including a weight distribution system. Also includes everything you need to camp such as cookware, cookstove, bedding, and the odds and ends you need when enjoying the great outdoors!Was ist inbegriffenTables, bedding, generator, toiletries, and kitchen equipment. Pot's, pans, and cooking utensils are included. I don't have an electric coffee maker in the unit, however I do keep it stocked with coffee, tea, a hot-water kettle, and a french press which makes the best coffee!There is a coleman stove, a couple flashlights, extra sheets and blankets, and we supply rv-safe toilet paper.WE ASK RENTERS TO BRING:

- paper plates/bowls
- disposable cutlery

I don't expect it to be spotless, & I'm pretty forgiving. Like a hotel, we clean/sanitize anyway, but a DEEP-cleaning (spills in the fridge, excessive mud/grime, bathroom messes, dishes) is a time-consuming affair, and the nearest dump is $25 for me to dump.However sometimes the day packing up, and the drive home after a weekend camping can be tiring, so to save you time and stress, you can simply include the cleaning and dump fee in your request and not have to worry about it at all! We can also charge the fee from your deposit upon your return. Simply bring it back and go, and we'll clean everything and dump it!Also, things happen. These trailers are big rolling boxes, and things can come loose, or get damaged while camping. What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Very flexible with pickups and drop-off's. We'll do our best to accommodate your plans so you can make the most of your trip!

Do you supply a hitch?

Yes, in-fact we prefer you to use the one we provide. The hitch we include is a weight-distribution hitch, with an anti-sway bar. This makes towing safer and more efficient.

Do I need a brake controller?
A.
The trailer has it's own brakes, which are activated by a "brake controller" on the interior of your vehicle. Most pickups, and many full-size SUV's are equipped with a controller from the factory, however not all. The controller isn't required for the rental, however I highly, recommend installing one. Otherwise your vehicles brakes are stopping all the weight of the trailer. "CURT" makes a bluetooth controller which is a great option if you dont have one.
