• Basic Rules: • 1. Check rule 9 for details on fees and misc items. • 2. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the RV. • 3. Upon pickup, the RV should be in the same condition as when it was delivered. • 4. No off-road travel, out-of-state, or out-of-country locations permitted. • 5. For your safety and others, no walking, sitting, standing, or lounging on top of the roof. • 6. Only use biodegradable, RV, and marine type bath tissue. Any damages to the plumbing system will result in an additional fee based on repair costs. If you would like it to be supplied, please let me know in advance. 7. Appliances: The A/C, slide-outs, generator, awning, Bluetooth speaker, microwave, stove, oven, and television are convenience items. Any malfunctions will result in an additional fee. • 8. RV Content: Renters agree to return the RV with all original contents in place. All doors, overheads, and awnings shall be closed when the renter is away to help prevent theft, water damage, and property damage. • 9. Fees: • Smoking: If there is evidence of smoking (ashes, residuals, or strong odors), there will be a $500 cleaning fee. • Pets: $30 per pet (Up to 3 max. This also depends on RV location.) • Plumbing: Fee will be the cost of repairs. • Convenience item: Fee will be the cost of the replacement or repair of the convenience item. •Tardiness (Late): $50 if the RV is not ready for pickup within 30 minutes of arrival. $100 if the RV is not ready for pickup within an hour (1) of arrival. Anytime after the hour mark, the owner forfeits 50 percent of their deposit. • Rental Extension: The price paid by the renter per night will not change unless the request pertains to weeks or months at a time. These costs will be given upon request. Must contact in advance for approval. • Any excessive damages or missing items at the time of the pickup may result in the forfeiture of 25 percent or more of the security deposit.
