This 2020 Aspen Trailer 25BH by Dutchmen is clean and has a queen bed, 2 double bunks, a tri-fold sofa and a dinette. Altogether, can sleep up to 8 adults in a pinch.
Cleaning and dumping fees will be taken from security deposit if unit is not returned in a satisfactory condition.
***Tanks should be emptied prior to returning.
Dogs will be allowed with owner approval.
Unit comes with 2 camping chairs.
A surge protector and water pressure regulator is provided and must be utilized to avoid damage.
A 30 Amp electrical hook up is required.
Please do not exceed 65 mph while unit is in tow. Also, smoking is not allowed at any time in the unit.
Toilet paper and some cleaning supplies are provided with the unit.
***There will be no charge for propane refill if unit is returned clean.
