5.0We had such an amazing time, and Michelle was such a pleasure to work with. Everything was clean and extremely well organized. She was very flexible and kind. The RV had everything we needed and the instructions were very clear. We would definitely rent from sugarbear again!

5.0We had a great time with Sugarbear Express! The communication was excellent! There were very, very minor issues with the RV, a couple made known prior, and a couple discovered by us which the owner was unaware of, but these did not impact our trip. We were able to enjoy ourselves on a "substitute vacation" with our grown children during this difficult time, while also ensuring we can handle an RV well ourselves. Thank you for the unique experience!

5.0This was a wonderful experience RVing for the first time. Michelle was very accommodating and always quick to answer any questions we had. We are considering buying an RV and this was the best way to get a true feel for RVing. The unit is still new, we were shocked to see the odometer barley had 2000 miles on it. Our kids had an absolute blast with the bunks and TVs/DVDs. Also, she had it stocked with everything we needed for our trip. If we don’t buy one we will for sure rent the Sugarbear Express (the kids loved the name) again in the future! No complaints, highly recommend Michelle to anyone.
