We love to ride our motorcycle and this RV has a separate garage to take it with us If you ride too you will fall inlove with this rig. This RV has 3 areas to use/live in. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a closet, dresser and a separate rooftop A/C unit. The next area is the main living room. It features two lounge recliners and a big screen TV. A full stereo/ CD player with inside/outside speakers. This area has central A/C and heat. Plus a built-in Fireplace for cozy heat and entertainment. There is a full kitchen. oven/stove and microwave, sink and good size fridge. Lots of storage. Great lighting and electrical plugs for all your needs. The dining table features a pull-up Tower of Power. This is where you can keep your cell phones and laptops plugged in without needing a cube. The last area is the Garage. Just close the walk thru door to separate it from the main living area. This RV features a side load ramp for your Harley Davidson motorcycle or 4x4 off-road vehicle. The floor has E rail tie downs for a secure load. Lots of room for all your gear. Once your toy has been offloaded, the garage has room for all your totes and gear so nothing is left outside when your away for the day of fun. Two large propane bottles run the whole RV. Auto Jacks and auto-leveling system. Even the corner stabilizers are on the auto system. This means No Cranking at all. The rear of the RV features a pull-down metal rack or tailgate for outside stuff, coolers, bicycles, or chairs, 50 AMP service required to run both A/C at the same time. 30 Amps will run the RV in the cooler months. Two slide outs and a big side awning all operate with the push of a button. This is just a fun Camper. Delivery and set up are available.Was ist inbegriffenWe supply fresh Linens for the king-size bed. A coffee pot, set of 4 tie-downs for your Toy. Biodegradable toilet paper come in good supply with this RV. The electrical cord for RV hooks up either 50 AMP or 30 AMP connections. Dump station hoses and clean out tools are inluded. two water hoses. One for freshwater. One for dump station activities. Base pads for the jacks and corner support are in the storage compartment for you.EmpfehlungenA level site is required for the auto system to operate properly. If the RV is not a fairly level site then additional blocking will be required to help the system to obtain full function. I have had to use a concrete paver or 2 to get it right. I have some you can take with you. The side Toy ramp is high. Need to lower the front of the RV to keep the ramp angle as small as possible during the loading/unloading process. So load before you hook up to the truck bumper. Unload after the RV is unhooked from the truck. Otherwise it will not work. I will show you how it works. What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I work by appointment only. We can talk to set a good time for you to get on the road in a timely manner. Again drop off is by appointment so we can get you finished up and on your way.

Do you allow smoking in the RV?

A.

We have a Non Smoking policy and a No drugs Policy in our RV. This is our personal RV and smoking or drugs are not allowed. Once we find that this policy has been violated we will retain your deposit until the RV has been sanitized and deep cleaned. Then we will refund the difference for the cost to clean. Outdoorsy.com rules will apply

Are pet allowed?

A.

We love all pets. But only allow dogs in the RV. This is our personal RV and I am very allergic to cats and rabbits. So we are sorry to say No Cats or other barn yard animals. No reptiles or caged animals allowed. No varmints or rodents. Just keep it to dogs only please. Once I find that this rule has been violated we will retain you deposit until the RV has been deep cleaned and sanitized. Then refund the difference for the cost to clean. Outdoorsy,com rules will apply.
