The kitchen has 3 gas burner cook top stove, microwave/ convection oven, stainless steel full size fridge/freezer, & SS double sink. There is a toaster & toaster oven included for your convenience, along w/pots, pans, & all necessary eating/cooking supplies. There is a gas fireplace for ambiance or chilly evenings, along w/two additional flat screen TV's in the main cabin. The couch converts to U-shape with additional pull outs on either side to accommodate multiple guests,w/a table that can be utilized to eat, then easily stored to allow for additional space. The couch also converts to a full size bed. There is an additional pull down twin bed over the front captain chairs. Shades throughout allow for maximum darkness for sleep/privacy. It's a gas rig so easy to fill, & a generator that allows for comfort should power ever be an issue. Surround sound throughout & DVD /blue ray player that can be used w/all the TV's. Plenty of storage within & under the rig for all of your needs. Many extras available to make things easy for your family. A family dog is welcome if they are not in the puppy chewing phase or the older dog wetting stage. Must be crated if you must leave them. NO cats due to family allergies. Some basic staples are in the cupboard for forgotten items, w/the simple rule if you use it, replace it. Multiple items are included for fun, just ask. What is included in the RV:
A.
All bed linens, towels, blankets, pillows, hand towels are included. WASH CLOTHS OR LOUFA'S ARE NOT. You are responsible to bring your own toiletries. Cooking supplies, grill, camp chairs, outside table, picnic table, outside camp stove, sand toys, balls, are. included among other things. If you needs something specific, just ask. There's a kurig coffee maker so just bring your own K-cups. Things like salt/pepper, foil, baggies, trash bags are stocked.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I no longer permit others to drive the RV, irregardless of experience. I will drop off, set up, and the come back to break down and drive home. There is a minimum delivery /pick up fee of $300.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
I require electric hook up as I don't want wear & tear on generator. If no water or sewage hook up, there's a fee of $150 for fresh water fill & septic dump. If you are somewhere that does mobile dumps, so they're empty upon RV retrieval, I will waive fee. During cold months, propane has to be on for heat, so there is a $100 propane fee. If you to fill the propane with a mobile delivery service while you have RV, so its received with same propane level, fee will not be added.
