This Super clean 2018 Forest River Forester will give you plenty of space to take family and friends to explore all the nearby parks or anywhere your next adventure may take you. This class C motorhome can sleep 10 people and features two slide outs, a rear bedroom and a kids den/bunk area. It comes fully stocked with everything you need to make your next trip amazing.
As you step inside, a dinette with overhead cabinets is located to your right. Over the cab there is a 60" x 80" bunk with a big TV with a DVD player. Across from the entry door, a slide out highlights a sofa, overhead cabinets and a three burner range with overhead microwave. Continuing around the corner is a kitchen sink, overhead cabinets, and a flip down counter extension. A refrigerator and pantry are on the opposite wall.
As you move toward the back of the Forester, a private kids area features a kid's sofa sleeper with a flip-down 28" x 72" bunk above. On the opposite wall there is storage and a TV/DVD with a Nintendo classic mini to keep the kids entertained.
The private bathroom across from the kids den, includes a toilet, extended vanity and sink, and a tub/shower combination.
A rear queen bedroom features overhead cabinets, and side wardrobes. At the foot of the bed there is double wardrobes, dresser drawers, and TV/DVD player.Our RV will come stocked with fresh bedding for all beds, 10 towels, hand towels for bathroom and kitchen, washcloths and hot pads. It comes with a fully stocked kitchen including: paper plates, cups, bowls, and utensils to help cut down on water usage. There are also real utensils, plates, cups, bowls, pots, pans, basic cooking utensils, a coleman outdoor 2 burner stovetop, and a small propane grill. We have plastic storage bags and spices for cooking. We provide a Keurig with a starter kit and bottled water.
We also include toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, baby wipes, bar soap, shampoo, dish and hand soap, and cleaning supplies.
For entertainment we provide a Nintendo Classic mini with preloaded games, cards and board games, outdoor cornhole game, and a huge selection of DVD's to keep the kids busy and happy the whole trip.
To make your camping trip easier we make sure to have everything you need including: a tool kit, first aid kit, flashlights, lighter, matches, shovel, indoor and outdoor mats, 2 outside folding tables, and we include 6 camping chairs.Rules: Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. There will be a $500 cleaning fee taken from the deposit if any signs of smoking are present. No pets. There will also be an additional cleaning fee of $300 if there are signs of pets. There will be a $200 late fee if the RV is more than an hour late. Although we don't expect you to bring it back immaculate, and we know camping can be dirty, if you bring back the RV unreasonably dirty (e.g. piles dust/dirt, trash everywhere) there will be an excessive cleaning fee of $100.No climbing on the roof. Even though there is a ladder it is only there for servicing equipment.Fuel tank and propane tank will be full at pick up and are to be returned full. If you bring back the tanks full there will be no extra charge. If you do not we charge $25 plus $4.50 per gallon.Renter is responsible for all damages caused including damages due to improper clearance above or below unit. Renter is also responsible for all damages inside and outside of unit including awning. If it is windy please bring the awning back in.
