All drivers must be at least 25 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and be listed as authorized drivers on the rental agreement. Vehicles may be operated on paved roads and maintained public roads appropriate for the vehicle, including designated Forest Service, BLM, and county roads. Rock crawling, technical off-road trails, racing, mud bogging, deep water crossings, and travel on closed or restricted roads are prohibited. Travel outside Southern Utah, Northern Arizona, and Southern Nevada requires prior written approval. Smoking, vaping, and pets are prohibited inside the vehicle and rooftop tent. Renters are responsible for operating the vehicle safely, monitoring road and weather conditions, and properly caring for all included camping equipment. Vehicle damage, missing equipment, prohibited use, and excessive cleaning may result in additional charges under the rental agreement.
