* Your journey begins now with trip assistance and a personal greeting and orientation. We’ll accommodate your pickup time to keep your adventure on schedule – please share your desired pickup address, flight schedule or local accommodation once confirmed.
* Your arrival orientation will ensure you are familiar and comfortable with the Winnebago Revel’s features before you launch. We, along with Outdoorsy Roadside Assistance, are available throughout your trip. Agreements to be signed when we meet for the Departure Key Exchange will include additional terms & conditions, inspection and orientation checklists.
* No smoking, vaping, drugs or festivals – our goal is a safe and pleasant environment for every guest.
* Traveling with your favorite canine companion? We welcome one dog under 80 lbs, subject to our approval. Please message the dog's breed, weight, age, and a photo before booking so we can approve in advance. No fee for an approved dog – a $250 cleaning fee applies only if pet hair, odor, or waste is found at return.
* This RV is for use on maintained public roadways with enough width, clearance, and condition for safe operation. Off-roading or rugged terrain is never permitted. You're responsible for confirming your route is suitable and won't damage the RV. Cell service, emergency services, and roadside assistance may be limited in some areas. You're responsible for returning the RV to the drop-off point and for any damage, missing equipment, downtime, or related expenses. See our Terms & Conditions and the Outdoorsy Rental Platform Terms of Service for full details on restrictions, liability, and coverage.

Our dream was to own a camper van that would let us explore now and travel through retirement, while helping others do the same when we're not on the road.
After an extraordinary trip through Utah's deserts and slot canyons in a rented camper van in Spring 2026, we decided to take the leap early, buying our first van from the very host we'd rented from on that trip.
We started Rugged Loon RV LLC with the goal of giving guests the freedom to travel anywhere the road leads, without giving up the comforts of home.
